Description

Roofclad is a high-performance, non-combustible stone wool insulation board designed for use within flat roof and parapet constructions, delivering reliable fire safety, thermal efficiency, and long-term dimensional stability.

Manufactured from natural volcanic basalt and compliant with EN 13162, Roofclad provides effective thermal insulation, acoustic absorption (-44-55 dB), and fire resistance within modern roof assemblies. It is particularly suited to flat roof systems, metal deck roofs, and parapet wall insulation where non-combustible performance is essential.

Roofclad features a dense and durable mineral fibre structure engineered to withstand the mechanical and environmental demands of roof build-ups while maintaining consistent thermal performance throughout the building’s service life. Its vapour-permeable nature supports effective moisture management within roof constructions.

The product is available in two variants: unfaced (No facing) and Mineral fleece faced. Both are shown in the specifications table below.

With a declared thermal conductivity of λ = 0.039 W/mK, Roofclad contributes to improved energy efficiency in both new-build and refurbishment roof applications. It is classified as Euroclass A1 (non-combustible) and is suitable for buildings of any height in accordance with UK Building Regulations.
